Yes! Carter Homes allows you to visit the construction site during the build, as long as workplace health and safety requirements are met at all times.
Carter Homes provides a fixed price contract at the commencement of your build which states your inclusions. Circumstances in which you will incur an “extras” bill is if you decide to change or add to your contracted inclusions. We will always discuss any extra charges with you before proceeding with alterations.
At completions we do a walk through with our clients and rectify and issues at that time. 6 months after handover we will contact you to discuss any maintenance issues. QBCC home warranty insurance requires Carter Homes to ensure the structural integrity of the building for 6.5 years from completion date.
